Judy Torres is a singer, actress, and radio DJ/personality. The Bronx native scored club hits with songs such as “Please Stay Tonight,” “Come into My Arms,” “Love Story,” “I Love You, Will You Love Me,” and “No Reason to Cry.” Her debut album, Love Story, released in 1989 on Profile Records, is a freestyle collection, as was her second album, My Soul, released in 1992. She continues to perform and release music, with later singles including “Back In Your Arms Again,” “The Air I Breathe,” “I Don’t,” and “Faithfully.”

As an actress, she has acted in the films Meet The Pitts, Elliot Loves, Fists of Love, Hormones Unite, and Eli Moran; and in the plays Black Latina and My Big Gay Italian Wedding.

She previously had a regular Sunday night freestyle music show on New York’s popular radio station WKTU 103.5FM named “Freestyle Free for All.” She is currently on-air at KTU from 3pm to 8pm on Sundays; she has been a performer and on-air personality at KTU for over 17 years.
